Birkhead replaced our twenty-year-old HVAC system with a new Trane high efficiency system and we couldn’t be happier. From quote to installation the Birkhead guys were prompt and professional. Greg’s quote spelled out exactly what they were suppling and included product literature for our review. Of four quotes we received. His was the only one with those details. The installation crew were timely and very personable. Installation was professional and the area was completely cleaned of all installation debris. While they may not be the least expensive option. They do provide exceptional value with quality Trane products and professional system application and installation. I would and have recommend the Birkhead Co to anyone looking to replace or upgrade your HVAC system. Read Less

Read More Has got to be the best company that I have ever reached out for help. It's crazy how you meet people and they help you and it feels like family like you've known them forever. The owner of Birkhead heating and cooling is one of the nicest people that you can meet. And his workers that were sent out to talk to me and actually replace my furnace or nothing but the best very nice polite. The gentleman that was set out to help set up a credit application show me step by step how things were going to be done. This company is nothing but A A+ company. Wade and his staff I would recommend them to anyone. I just want to thank them for everything they help me with in the time of need and how quickly they got it done amazing. Thank you Read Less

Found a loose wire and had the heat back on within 30 minutes. I highly recommend Birkhead because they never try to overcharge you or sell you something you don’t need. - 2 months ago I completely trust Birkhead! They are honest, reliable and professional. They have the knowledge to make the right repairs. I’ve had past experiences with other companies trying to sell me things I don’t need, basically trying to rip me off.
- a month ago Great service. Very knowledgeable, respectful and professional technician. Certain companies could have taken advantage of the situation but not these guys. It was a very easy fix and that’s shows me they have morals, ethics and respect. Highly recommend them
