Called Birkhead and they had someone out within a few hours - on a Saturday nonetheless! Found a loose wire and had the heat back on within 30 minutes. I highly recommend Birkhead because they never try to overcharge you or sell you something you don’t need. Their service people are top notch and very professional as well. Read Less

Birkhead replaced our twenty-year-old HVAC system with a new Trane high efficiency system and we couldn’t be happier. From quote to installation the Birkhead guys were prompt and professional. Greg’s quote spelled out exactly what they were suppling and included product literature for our review. Of four quotes we received. His was the only one with those details. The installation crew were timely and very personable. Installation was professional and the area was completely cleaned of all installation debris. While they may not be the least expensive option. They do provide exceptional value with quality Trane products and professional system application and installation. I would and have recommend the Birkhead Co to anyone looking to replace or upgrade your HVAC system. Read Less

The owner of Birkhead heating and cooling is one of the nicest people that you can meet. And his workers that were sent out ... The owner of Birkhead heating and cooling is one of the nicest people that you can meet. And his workers that were sent out to talk to me and actually replace my furnace or nothing but the best very nice polite. The gentleman that was set out to help set up a credit application show me step by step how things were going to be done. This company is nothing but A A+ company.
